2On the surface: 4.2 across 20 Trustpilot reviews with 18 of 22 mentions positive, an A trust-signal grade, and real infrastructure — flare-gas-powered facilities in West Texas and Louisiana hosting customer-purchased air and hydro miners.
3Against that, two independent channels describe something much worse.
4PissedConsumer reviewers report the company keeping payments, taking machines, and not returning calls or processing refunds.
5And a commenter on r/BitcoinMining who says they researched the company directly and contacted other affected users reports that Musk Miners ABANDONED THEIR REDDIT ACCOUNT after promising refunds, that there is substantial evidence of theft from customers, and — most concretely — that the company LOST A COURT CASE the previous summer.
