1The critical thing to understand about D-Central's reviews is which business they are about.
2All of the negative customer signal on file is retail, and it runs to five separate Google reviewers describing the same failure: months-long delays on Bitaxe and small-miner orders, no phone number that anyone answers, support that replies by email with excuses or not at all, and refund requests that go unacknowledged.
3One reports five months from purchase with no delivery and two ignored refund requests; another says a credit-card dispute threat was what finally produced a shipment.

6The company itself is verifiable and long-established: a Laval, Quebec ASIC-repair shop trading since 2016 and a genuine pioneer in the Bitaxe ecosystem.
7But the corporate record has worsened, and the search grade has been lowered to C to reflect it.
8D-Central completed a restructuring in December 2025 following operational disruptions, sustained two theft incidents — one of them at its Alberta hosting site — and is facing falling institutional repair demand.
9A theft at a hosting facility is directly material if you are weighing whether to put machines there, so ask what changed at that site afterwards and who carried the loss.
10Note also that most of the company's positive search visibility is self-authored — paid press releases and its own content marketing rather than independent customer feedback — so the clean picture there is not corroboration.
11The hosting side has no reviews at all, good or bad, and the Reddit pass grades the company D-.
12Nobody on file has publicly described installing miners in the Quebec facility, which is consistent with the company's own description of it as limited-capacity and case-by-case.
13So the fulfilment and communication problems are real, recent, and should weigh heavily if you are buying hardware; they are not direct evidence about the hosting arrangement, which is simply unproven here — while the restructuring and the site theft are concrete reasons to ask harder questions before committing machines.
14Ask for current references rather than reading the retail reviews as either a warning or a reassurance about the facility.
