1Soluna Holdings is a legitimate, publicly traded green-energy data-center and Bitcoin-hosting operator with real revenue growth and active enterprise hosting deals, but it remains unprofitable with a widening net loss, and at least one analyst has flagged elevated financial risk — a genuine counterparty consideration distinct from any fraud concern.
2No genuine complaint or litigation signal was found on verification (an earlier court-records match was traced to an unrelated nightclub and has been removed).
3Regulatory and scam-database checks otherwise came back clean.
4On balance this looks like a real operating business worth considering, tempered by ordinary public-company financial risk rather than any credibility problem.
