1Almost everything findable about Soluna is written for investors rather than customers — earnings dates, analyst rating changes, share-price stories — so it tells you a great deal about the stock and almost nothing about what it is like to host machines there.
2What that coverage does establish is a real and relevant risk: this is an unprofitable business carrying financial strain, and counterparty viability matters when you are signing a multi-year hosting contract with someone who will be holding your hardware.
3To be fair, no fraud allegations, lawsuits or customer complaints surfaced at all, so this is a question of durability rather than of integrity.
4I would not warn you away on trust grounds; I would ask hard questions about contract terms and what happens to your machines if the company's finances deteriorate.
