2Until now the honest reading was that the operation is real and substantial — roughly 62.5 MW across eleven Iowa facilities with more than 10,000 ASICs under management, and visibly satisfied institutional customers — while the recurring retail complaints were about economics and fee transparency rather than machines going unracked: 'easy to deposit, impossible to withdraw' claims, results reported around 40% below what was advertised, undisclosed surcharges on miner purchases and power bills, and setup timelines that stretched from two or three weeks to six.

4A hosting customer with hundreds of miners alleges that a fire at a MiningStore facility destroyed dozens of their machines, that the company charged $4,000 to release the survivors, and that the company's chief executive has withheld a hosting deposit of more than $60,000 for over ten months despite signed repayment agreements.
5That is a different category of complaint from a fee dispute — physical loss of customer hardware plus withheld customer money — and it is the most severe item this record has carried.
6It is also, so far, a single uncorroborated account from one reviewer, which is precisely why it should be checked rather than either dismissed or treated as established: nothing else on file corroborates it, the review base it sits in is tiny at four Trustpilot entries in total, and the BBB A+ rests on a non-accredited profile with no complaint count recorded, so neither aggregate is a strong base on its own.
