1Nearly everything on file here is market noise — lease announcements, share moves, analyst notes, options volume — none of it about being a customer, and none of it should move a trust judgement in either direction.
2Strip it out and what remains is a large listed miner that does not appear to offer third-party hosting at all, which explains the complete absence of customer reviews rather than making it suspicious.
3The one substantive item is a 2021 securities class action alleging misleading statements about acquisitions and contract figures: disclosure conduct rather than customer harm, and now several years old.
4Its remaining litigation reads as ordinary for a company of this size, including cases in which it is the plaintiff.
5Legitimate and publicly accountable — but if you are looking for somewhere to place hardware, this is not that.
