1Most of this record is warm and quite specific — smooth onboarding, monthly town halls with the CEO, transparent pricing, rigs running as expected across Paraguay, Ethiopia and South Dakota, and one named account representative who appears by name in a striking proportion of the positive reviews.
2Set against that are two accounts far more serious than their star ratings suggest: one customer says the miner she paid over five thousand dollars for was never delivered and her refund came back several hundred dollars short, and a multi-year customer documents months of unexplained downtime ending with his rigs liquidated at roughly a third of the price he had been quoted, without his approval.
3Selling a customer's hardware without confirmation is a different category of problem from slow support, and it is the first thing to ask about.
4Independent comparison coverage supplies the mechanism those two complaints run through: the commercial model is a 15-20% revenue share plus a service fee that is not capped, with exit terms not published anywhere — which is the liquidation complaint seen from the other side, because if the fee has no ceiling and the exit terms are not written down, what happens when a position stops covering its costs gets decided case by case.
5The volume of genuine-sounding praise is real and shouldn't be waved away, but notice how much of it credits the same individual, which tells you about one person's diligence more than about what the company does when something goes wrong.
6Nothing has moved on either serious account since they were filed, and as of the 30 August 2026 collection pass nothing has moved on the profile at all: the score, the review count and the review set are unchanged, and the most recent review of any kind dates to mid-June — close to three months of silence.
7Read that as neither reassurance nor alarm.
8It means the two unresolved accounts above are still the newest substantive thing anyone has said, and that no fresh customer experience has arrived to test them either way.
9One further caution: a general web search surfaces the praise and neither of those two accounts, so researching this company the usual way will give you a materially rosier picture than the review record supports.
10Worth considering, with the uncapped service fee, the exit terms and the liquidation policy pinned down in writing first.
