1This is the clearest negative case on the directory, and unlike several others the regulator flags here are genuine and now multiple.
2Spain's Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores issued an I-SCAN alert on 2024-04-05 naming iqmining.com — THE COMPANY'S OWN DOMAIN, not a lookalike — New Zealand's FMA has blacklisted the same domain, and a Canadian Securities Administrators alert is already on file.
3That distinction matters.
4Elsewhere on this directory (Genesis Mining, GoMining) the regulator alerts name clone sites and should not be read against the real company, whereas here they name this one directly, and it holds no licence from any recognised authority.
5Everything else points the same way: Trustpilot 1.2 across 414 reviews, all but one of the mentions on file negative, an F- search grade, an F from the Reddit pass, and ScamAdviser rating it 'Very Likely Unsafe' citing hidden WHOIS ownership and a registrar it describes as popular amongst scammers.
6The complaints are consistent and specific across years and platforms — outright non-payment, withdrawal requests unfulfilled for over a year and in some accounts more than three, verification refused, advance 'fees' demanded to release a balance that then never arrives, and accounts blocked when users escalated.
7The most recent alleges a 'pig butchering' operation and disputes the company's claimed UK location and press coverage.
8The company is registered offshore in the Marshall Islands, and there is no meaningful evidence on the other side of this.
