1Start with the name, because it is the most dangerous thing on this record: aceminers.com was a genuinely fraudulent operation in November 2017 — registered days before it took money, carrying faked on-site reviews, and gone within a week, corroborated by a Bitcointalk warning thread and a Reddit post removed the same day.
2That is a different operation entirely; this company trades at aceminers.io.
3The business itself is real and, on the current record, unusually well vouched for: the latest batch of Trustpilot reviews includes named commercial operators — one identifying itself as AsicHive, a top-ten global Litecoin mine, another as a top-fifteen hasher on an LTC pool — describing repeat equipment supply, well-packed intact delivery and hands-on support from the owner.
4Buyers who name themselves and can be checked carry more weight than anonymous praise.
5Against that sit three disputed negatives in the same batch: one alleging savings were sent and never returned, one a bare "never delivered what they claimed", and one describing repeated emails and WhatsApp calls to a named representative going unanswered.
6Ace Miners replied publicly to the first two saying it has no record of either customer, and no lawsuit, regulator action or BBB complaint has been found arising from any of them — so they sit unresolved rather than substantiated, and none carries amounts, dates or order references.
7The older pattern still worth knowing is a cluster of non-delivery reports from three separate reviewers inside eight days in March 2022, with no recurrence since.
8BBB carries a B+ with no accreditation, and the file was opened in September 2024.
9The published policy is that all sales are final, so settle delivery timelines in writing before you pay rather than after.
