1The headline numbers need untangling before they mean anything.
2The large majority of the mentions on file are negative, but reading them, they are overwhelmingly about BINANCE THE EXCHANGE — account restrictions lasting weeks or months, funds frozen pending proof-of-source, P2P payment and appeal disputes, withdrawal and verification friction — and not about the mining-pool or cloud-mining product this listing actually covers.
3That remains true of the newest reviews through August 2026, which are more of the same exchange complaints.
4Attributing exchange-support grievances to the pool would misrepresent both, so they are noted rather than counted against it.
5On the pool itself the record is thin and mostly technical: Reddit discussion centres on payout timing, with several users reporting daily payouts 20-29% below expectation, plus launch-era Bitcointalk scepticism about the centralisation of one company running the largest exchange, CoinMarketCap and a major mining pool.
6The trust-signal grade is A+, and the open-web pass found the official pool at pool.binance.com legitimate with no specific customer complaints against it.
7One genuine warning that is NOT about this company: there is a well-documented pattern of fake 'Binance mining pool' impersonator scams with real reported victim losses, and at least two reviews on this profile describe classic advance-fee demands — being told to pay a fee, then another fee, to release a withdrawal — which the real platform has no such flow for.
8A further review on the profile does not concern Binance at all, naming an unrelated platform, which is a reminder of how noisy this particular page is.
9Verify you are on pool.binance.com, and note that this is a pool with a cloud-mining product, not ASIC colocation.
