2(A Google rating and several reviews previously shown here were traced to an unrelated London marketing agency that also goes by "Merkle" and have been removed.) Independent, correctly-attributed customer feedback is effectively absent, so the assessment rests mainly on the press-verified operational scale rather than reviews.
