4The four newest arrivals are more of the same: a buyer given a competitive quote by Louise who adds that the hosting has been reliable; a customer reporting on-time delivery and quick replies who says explicitly that he does not recognise the experience others describe; a first-time buyer steered to a machine inside his budget rather than upsold; and a repeat customer thanking a named rep for working outside hours.
5The complaints are fewer but much heavier, and they share a shape: money leaves before the hardware is confirmed.

10A customer lost roughly $15,000 through Endless Power Solutions in Dubai — the hosting partner MillionMiner recommended — and originally headlined his review 'cheated by their recommended hosting service'.
11After more than eight months and a lost income stream he reported a resolution he calls somewhat fair, raised his rating from one star and withdrew the accusation of dishonesty, attributing the root cause to a manufacturer that supplied a defective product and blocked repairs.
12That is a genuine resolution, and eight months is a genuine cost.
13Read across the whole file, disputes here do get resolved.
14Two separate reviewers posted scam warnings and then updated them after being refunded or put right.

16The Reddit picture is worse and worth naming: the pass there grades the company D, and both threads confirmed by exact domain match to millionminer.com are negative, including third-party operators disputing whether specific advertised units had been released at all.
17Two cautions on the score itself.
18A large block of the positives are one-line entries clustered tightly by date, the signature of an active review-solicitation programme — that does not make them false, but the average is built on short, low-detail reviews while the negatives are long and specific.
19And the profile churns in both directions on both score and count, so reviews are being removed as well as added and any single reading is a snapshot, not a trend.
20Caution rather than avoidance.
21Confirm the specific unit physically exists and is in stock before paying, get refund terms and a delivery timeline in writing, insist on metered per-machine billing with downtime credited, prefer a payment rail that allows a chargeback, and if hosting is arranged through a recommended partner, establish in advance who carries the liability if that partner fails.
