1. What HashSight is

HashSight aggregates publicly available information and third-party opinions about crypto mining hosting companies — including data compiled through manual research, automated tools, or a combination of both. Content may be incomplete, outdated, or reflect the opinions of individual posters rather than verified facts. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or investment advice. Always do your own research before doing business with any company listed here.

2. Ownership and acceptable use

The compilation, organization, scoring methodology, summaries, and presentation of data on HashSight — as distinct from the underlying public facts themselves — are the property of HashSight and its operator. By using this site, you agree that you will not:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from this site using automated means, except for search-engine indexing consistent with our published robots.txt.
• Copy, reproduce, republish, or create a derivative database or competing product from HashSight's compiled data, scores, or summaries without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, scoring formulas, or underlying methodology of the site.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related feature of the site, including rate limiting and bot-detection measures.
• Use any part of the site to train a machine-learning or AI model without prior written permission.

Violations may result in access being blocked and, where applicable, legal action.

3. User-submitted content

Reviews, comments, reactions, and company replies posted by users remain the property of their authors. By posting, you grant HashSight a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute that content as part of the service. You are responsible for what you post; do not post content that is defamatory, knowingly false, or infringes another party's rights.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features (e.g. Monitor Company alerts) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Prices and features may change with notice.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

HashSight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashSight and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or any decision made based on its content.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you believe your content or data has been misused, or you operate a listed company and want to request a correction, reach out via the company submission page.
