1Read the company's own homepage before anything else here: Genesis Mining has NOT been onboarding new customers since 1 March 2020, and states it has not sold a cloud-mining plan since February 2021 and currently offers no mining plans at all.
2Whatever else is true, this is not a service you can buy into today, and any site offering to sell you a Genesis Mining plan is — by the company's own statement — fraudulent.
3That matters because the brand is heavily impersonated: Genesis Mining publishes a Fraud Protection Notice naming 'genesisminingbot' and 'genesisminingvip' as unaffiliated and confirming its only official domain is genesis-mining.com.
4It also explains the regulator flag on this listing, an I-SCAN alert from Sweden's Finansinspektionen naming 'Genesis Mining Hub' — a clone, not this company, and it should not be counted as a warning against Genesis Mining itself.
5The historical record is nonetheless severe and independently corroborated: Trustpilot 1.2 across 412 reviews, 21 of 25 mentions negative, ScamAdviser 'Very Likely Unsafe' with a trust score of 0, a decade-old r/GenesisMining subreddit dominated by fraud accusations, and the single largest scam-accusation thread on Bitcointalk naming any company we track (741 replies, ~258K views, active 2015-2021).
6The recurring complaints — withdrawals impossible for months, returns far below what was marketed, support going silent — come largely from legacy contract holders, and reviews on file from 2025 show people still unable to get funds out.
7So: nothing to buy, a brand actively used by scammers, and existing customers reporting they cannot withdraw.
8Treat any inbound offer using this name as a scam by default.
