1The direct customer record is good: a strong Google rating across a couple of dozen reviews spanning several years, repeatedly naming the same point of contact for responsiveness and reliable uptime — that kind of specific, repeat praise is harder to manufacture than generic five-star blurbs, and no complaints turned up against it.
2One caveat worth stating plainly rather than burying: a web-hosting review aggregator carries a much less flattering score under a similar name, and this space is unusually collision-prone — a differently-named domain and an unrelated QuickBooks-hosting business both trade on close variants of 'Ace'.
