1Start with what the company now is, because it has moved: Bitdeer is a listed cloud-mining and hardware business with an AI-datacentre arm, and it no longer offers third-party ASIC colocation — so if you came here looking for somewhere to send your own miners, this is not that.
2The customer record is large and genuinely split.
3Long-term users report contracts that paid out as promised and outages that were compensated; against them sits a specific and repeated complaint pattern about contract terms being changed unilaterally, hashrate priced well above market, payouts that stalled, and support that went quiet at the worst moment.
4Public ratings on both major platforms are poor, and there is securities litigation on the corporate side.
5Two things not to hold against them: the investor and share-price coverage that dominates recent mentions says nothing about service, and a BBB listing under a similar name looks like a different entity.
6Judge this one on its contract terms — that is precisely where the complaints concentrate.
